Every rug is made by hand, so the finished size can vary by a few centimetres. This is normal for handmade rugs and not a defect.

Rugs in stock are dispatched within a few working days; made-to-order and custom rugs take longer and show their making time. The checkout shows the delivery estimate for your address.

If a rug arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, request a return from your account within the return period shown in our returns policy.

Yes. Enter your country at checkout to see delivery options and charges in your currency. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

Choose your currency from the switcher at the top of the page. Prices, the cart and the checkout follow it. If a payment method cannot charge your currency, the checkout says so and shows the amount in Indian rupees before you pay.

Depending on your country: UPI, cards, net banking and wallets in India, and international cards (and PayPal where enabled) for overseas orders. Approved wholesale buyers can also pay by bank transfer.
