We deliver across India and to many countries worldwide. The checkout shows whether we can deliver to your address and what it costs before you pay.
When your rug is dispatched
Rugs in stock are usually dispatched within a few working days of your order being confirmed. Made-to-order and custom rugs show their making time on the product page or in your quote; we confirm the expected dispatch date by email.
Shipping charges
Charges depend on the weight of the rug and the destination, and are shown at checkout in your chosen currency.
International orders, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the buyer on delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Tracking
When your rug is dispatched we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also follow the order from your account or the tracking link in your order email.
