Cancelling an order
You can ask to cancel an order from your account before it is dispatched. If you have already paid, the refund is sent back to the original payment method in the original currency.
Returns
If a rug arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, request a return from your account within 7 days of delivery and include photos. Rugs must be unused and in their original condition.
Custom-size and made-to-order rugs are made especially for you and can only be returned if they are faulty or differ from the agreed specification.
Hand-made sizes
Every rug is made by hand, so the finished size can differ slightly from the stated size. Small differences are a mark of genuine craftsmanship and are not a reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned rug, we refund the amount to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to show it.
